As an overseas conference participants, you
will arrive at one of the major European international airports (Frankfurt,
Amsterdam, Paris, Bruxelles, Berlin) and may have a connection flights to a
smaller German airport (Münster/Osnabrück (closest), Bremen, Düsseldorf,
Hannover, Hamburg). From the airport take a train (a bus from
Münster/Osnabrück) to Osnabrück and proceed to Bad Essen by a 45 minute bus
ride.
The bus station is right in front of Osnabrück main railway station (Hauptbahnhof).
Look for bus X275 (timetable) that will take you to Ostercappeln where you change to bus X276 (timetable) to Bad Essen.
